Concerns it may help
The O-Shot uses platelet-rich plasma (PRP) from your own blood. These are the concerns women bring to us most, privately. Tap one to see how it may help.
PRP may help support healthy tissue and blood flow, and many women notice improved sensitivity over the following weeks.
For some women, the O-Shot may help with arousal and response. We also look at hormones and other factors that play a role.
May help with mild leaks when you laugh, sneeze or exercise. More significant leakage may need a different plan.
Some women notice better natural moisture and comfort, especially after childbirth or during hormone changes.
Often it’s about feeling at home in your body and connected with your partner again, at any stage of life.
Not sure if it’s right for you? That’s exactly what the consult is for.
Care that feels safe
PRP comes from a small sample of your own blood, so there are no synthetic fillers or foreign substances involved.
Dr. Kat is a certified nurse-midwife and women’s health nurse practitioner. Your visit is private, calm, and judgment-free.
The visit is usually under an hour, with numbing for comfort, and most women return to normal activities the same day.
We look at hormones, health history, and your goals, so the O-Shot fits into a plan that supports your whole well-being.
What to expect, week by week.
Tap through the timeline. PRP works gradually, so changes tend to build over weeks.
We draw a small blood sample, prepare your PRP and apply numbing cream. The treatment itself is quick, and you go home the same day.

Before & after care
A few simple steps help you get the best possible result.
Drink plenty of water the day before and the day of your visit to make the blood draw easier.
Skip ibuprofen and aspirin for about a week before when it’s safe for you, since they may affect PRP.
A light meal beforehand helps you feel comfortable during the blood draw.
Write down anything you want to ask. There are no awkward questions here.
General guidance only. We'll give you personal instructions at your visit.
