Symptoms it may help
Hormone shifts can affect energy, mood, sleep, and libido. These are the concerns women and men bring to us most. Tap one to see how therapy may help.
When hormones are out of balance, tiredness can feel constant. Many patients notice steadier energy once their levels are balanced.
Shifts in estrogen, progesterone, or testosterone can affect desire. Balancing levels may help intimacy feel natural again.
Hormone changes can bring irritability, low mood or brain fog. Many patients notice they feel more even and clear-headed.
In perimenopause or menopause, therapy may ease hot flashes and night sweats and help you sleep more soundly.
For men with low testosterone confirmed by labs, therapy may help with energy, drive, strength, and mood.
Not sure if it’s right for you? That’s exactly what the consult is for.
Balance that fits you
We draw your labs right at your first appointment and have a real conversation, so your plan is based on your actual levels and symptoms, not guesswork.
Bioidentical hormones match the structure of the ones your body makes. Your dose and delivery method are chosen for you.
Follow-up labs and check-ins let us fine-tune your dose, so you feel your best and stay within a safe range.
Dr. Kat has deep experience in women’s health and men’s sexual health, so you’re in knowledgeable, judgment-free hands.

Before & after care
A few simple steps help you get the best possible result.
There’s no need to get labs done ahead of time. We draw them at your first appointment and tell you if any follow-up tests should be timed to your cycle.
Note your energy, sleep, mood, libido, and cycle changes for a few weeks. It helps us spot patterns.
Bring a list of medications and supplements, including any hormones or birth control you’ve used.
Tell us about any personal or family history of breast or prostate cancer, blood clots or heart disease.
General guidance only. We'll give you personal instructions at your visit.
