Before & after care
A few simple steps help you get the best possible result.
For a few days before, avoid aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, and similar supplements when it’s safe for you, to reduce bruising. Check with your doctor.
Skipping alcohol for a day or two before can help minimize bruising and swelling.
Let us know about past filler, recent dental work or vaccines, and any history of cold sores before your visit.
Book at least two weeks before a wedding, photos or a big day so swelling and bruising have time to settle.
